Leveraging its deep financial expertise at the federal, state and local levels, and open-source technology, CGI has developed an ARRA Reporting Gateway solution designed to facilitate aggregating, distributing and publishing key reporting metrics associated with ARRA funding recipients. The solution supports Office of Management and Budget guidance on reporting requirements without extensive modifications to existing reporting systems.
Based on open source technology, the CGI gateway provides a simple, flexible architecture designed to meet recovery reporting information exchange needs. Governments can choose to implement the solution at their site or leverage CGI’s application hosting facility in Phoenix, AZ, which is fully compliant with federal financial management shared services and security standards. The hosted version provides a fully scalable, rapidly deployed solution backed by a service-level agreement and a flexible data governance model—all while meeting ARRA transparency and openness requirements.
