We empower growth through awareness, understanding and education for all
- DE&I learning journey

DE&I learning is lifelong. We provide opportunities to our professionals and consultants to add to their skills, awareness and expertise in navigating the current DE&I landscape, recognize and address bias, and ultimately, build diverse teams and lead inclusively. Our learning opportunities focuses on going beyond knowledge into action-oriented outcomes.
- Attracting diverse talent

Our people are our greatest assets. We are committed to attracting, developing and growing diverse talent within our organization, and that starts from where we source our talent. We have partnered with organizations such as Women in Leadership Foundation, Indigenous Links Canada, Equitek, Talent Beyond Boundaries and Pride at Work to highlight our key roles. Please visit our Career site to see how you can join our growing CGI network.
We progress through partnership by influencing equitable change within our business and local communities

Representation matters. Creating a workplace that reflects the diverse communities around us and growing diversely at all levels of the organization, including in our leadership teams is a key pillar of our strategy. To create a real impact, we have decided to pledge to the Government of Canada’s 50-30 Challenge – committing to having 50% female and 30% minority representation on our leadership teams. Striving towards this aspirational goal is our promise to all our professionals and consultants and our communities at large.
- Measuring our progress

What gets measured, and the results made visible, gets done. We understand that progress requires accountability. We are committing to measuring our DE&I success through transparency reports, leaders scorecards, and most importantly, through the feedback we receive from our professionals and consultants.
