With 30+ years of consulting, business architecture, system design, and delivery experience in the telecommunications industry, Alan specializes in OSS/BSS architecture and digital transformation, enabling telco to techco transformations, and working for top clients, including Bell. He is a technical executive and visionary with a passion for using technology and innovation to improve business and contribute back to society.

Alan Choy graduated from McGill University in 1995 with a degree in computer science. He has been an executive member of the CGI Global Telecom Council since 2020, providing leadership to other CGI members with telco clients. Additionally, Alan has been a committee member of the CS-CAN (Computer Science Canada) Industry Relations Committee since 2023, providing support for computer science research and integration of computer science graduates into the industry.
