Florin is a Director of Innovation and the Director of the CGI Innovation Center in Montréal.
He is an accomplished, versatile, and highly qualified digital strategist and technologist who has more than 20 years of experience in IT. Throughout his career, he has been involved in multiple digital transformation projects, working with clients in the Government, Banking, Retail, Telco, Manufacturing, Chemical, and CPG sectors in several countries.
Florin has in-depth knowledge of business tools and techniques including design thinking, customer journey (CX) mapping, business model design, value proposition design, empathy mapping, and hackathons, as well as extensive experience acquired by supporting CGI’s clients in Canada, the United States, and Europe.
