Recently, a provincial governing body released its three-year service plan outlining actions to support the provincial government’s goals. The government put an emphasis on transformational change- detailing a number of strategic shifts and significant projects requiring advanced workforce capacity and capability to execute. With the rapid onset of remote working and emphasis on new citizen expectations due to the pandemic, employees needed support across the board - people, process and tools - in order to support the citizens and remain productive.

CGI partnered with the client to develop a Future of Work strategy and transformation plan to define and execute on the new way of working. This webinar will share the approach to plan development, common barriers to execution (with mitigations) and tips on effective delivery to drive adoption of the changes.
