With close to two decades of experience in tech and strategy, Cheryl is dedicated to finding AI and business process automation solutions that work for organisations, their members and those they support. She previously played an important role in launching 5G and IoT solutions and is now working to expand and extend application of those and other technologies with natural language understanding to speed the time from insight to action and interaction.
For her, success involves a cross-platform approach, designing for a range of device and interaction preferences, while making the most complex solutions feel simple. Cheryl likes to turn the normal customer service model on its head to provide proactive support that guides customers and employees along the full length of their journeys; all while providing intelligent automation where applicable.
