Since July 2024, Francis Lachance has been leading CGI’s operations for Greater Montréal, with overall responsibility for client relationships and service delivery across business consulting, systems integration and managed services, in addition to growing and developing CGI’s delivery centers in Quebec’s regions. Francis brings over 25 years of experience in IT consulting, along with a distinguished track record of client relationship management, business development, and project delivery. Known for fostering “win-win” partnerships and leveraging technological differentiators, he ensures engagements are executed seamlessly, while remaining financially robust and to the satisfaction of clients. His exceptional communication and interpersonal skills inspire confidence among clients and team members alike.
Previously he led the retail, telecom, passenger transportation, aerospace, and government sectors, overseeing 40+ clients. His team exceled in delivering CGI’s end-to-end services achieving top client satisfaction through innovative services and solutions. Francis earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Université du Québec à Montréal.
