With more than 15 years of experience as a Transformation leader and Business Consultant, Soumya has a proven track record of business analysis, design thinking and change management expertise in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. In her current role as Director, Consulting Expert, Transformation and Change, she is leading transformational change, improving processes, and implementing effective solutions for her clients. Soumya has led strategic and operational initiatives within Nova Scotia’s public sector.
She is the Atlantic region’s representative for CGI’s Canadian Business Consulting community.
