With over three decades of experience, Srividya is a seasoned leader specializing in Global delivery, Programme management and comprehensive risk assessment and Quality.
Srividya has a proven track record of leading corporate-wide strategic initiatives, such as driving operation excellence, consultancy projects, Customer-centric initiatives including CXO relationships, establishing the Agile and DevOps Center of Excellence, and implementing the best project and service management practices.
Through her tenure at CGI, Srividya has held various leadership roles, full accountability and responsibility for risk management, driving strategic global projects, delivery excellence initiatives and quality standards. Additionally, she oversees the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) program at CGI APAC.
Srividya holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Mysore.
