Jyoti Shailendra is the business unit leader of the Communications, Media, and Enterprise Services Delivery Center, Asia Pacific Global Delivery Centers of Excellence. Jyoti’s team provides end-to-end consulting services to CGI’s global communications and media industry clients, as well as ERP-related services like SAP, MS Dynamics, and Oracle.
She has a rich background in telecom and manufacturing with a compelling track record in producing business results by providing cost savings and value through innovative solutions to large Canadian and UK telecommunication service providers. Jyoti is exemplary at managing multi-location, multi-cultural large teams and conceiving and driving new delivery models. She has held various leadership roles, including consulting, delivery, client relationship management, delivery excellence, strategic planning, mentoring, and IT compliance and security.
Jyoti actively champions diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and ESG through multiple projects that encourage young people, especially women, to enter the technology industry. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications from Rani Durgavati Vishwavidyalaya, Jabalpur.
