On March 1, 2019, CGI joined Interweave, India’s pioneer Inclusion solutions consulting firm, as the title sponsor in their #InclusionNow: Decoding Complexities conference. #InclusionNow is India’s first conference designed to ignite important conversations on challenges and strategies in achieving inclusion insociety, media, and the workplace.

The conference gathered Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) thought leaders, practitioners, business leaders,and strategists who shared their insights. Among these were George Mattackal, President, Asia Pacific Global Delivery Centers of Excellence, who defined zero tolerance on sexual harassment based on the CGI core value of Respect, and Jennifer Mecherippady, Vice President and Business Unit Leader, Asia Pacific Solutions Delivery Center, who presented a keynote on CGI’s three focus areas for D&I namely Representation, Inclusion, and Outreach.
