The goal of our Talent Recruitment Programme is to develop you, our new employees, to be able to work as competent consultants in challenging and demanding customer projects creating customer value from optimal use of available data. Graduates from this program will achieve up-to-date knowledge and skills learning from the best in class experts giving an ideal platform for consulting work in CGI Emerging Technologies.
The program lasts 12 months and is a combination of theoretical training and learning at work. The content of the program will be tailored according to individual and business needs. The theoretical training is mainly scheduled at the beginning of the program, whereas the end of the program mainly consists of learning in projects and customer work.
The face-to-face training modules are arranged in local and global CGI Emerging Technology boot camps for all participants. Self-study is an essential element throughout the program.

Criteria and qualifications for participating in the Talent Recruitment Programme
The Talent Recruitment Program is for future CGI professionals with a degree equivalent to Master’s or Bachelor level (e.g. Engineer, Software Development, Computer Science, Business Analytics, E-Business) and with 3-5 years of studies in business, mathematics, data or computer science.
To qualify as a candidate, you have technical flair and an interest in Business Technology combined with good communication skills; you must speak, read and write Norwegian and English. You have to be a solution-oriented problem solver and be prepared to work hard to reach your goals. An ambition to work as a consultant is important.
