Savoy Magazine has recognized CGI board member Kathy N. Waller as one of the Most Influential Black Corporate Directors in its fall 2021 issue.
Ms. Waller joined CGI’s board of directors in 2018 and has been instrumental in helping to steer our company’s strategy, including how we serve our clients, empower our consultants, and sustain growth for our shareholders. In addition, she has contributed significantly to our work in building more inclusive and sustainable communities around the world.
Ms. Waller served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for The Coca-Cola Company until her retirement in March 2019, and today serves on several board of directors for major companies.
