We have been Great Place to Work-Certified™ for the fourth consecutive year by leading research and consulting firm, Great Place to Work® Institute. The institute partners with over 8,000 organizations annually to help them build, sustain and scale a successful workplace culture.
This year, for the first time, we were also named among the 50 Best Workplaces™ in Canada 2021. Selection is based on an independent, confidential employee survey and in-depth review of our workplace culture. We were evaluated on metrics such as credibility, respect, fairness, pride, camaraderie and performance. Our professionals cite CGI as a great place to work because of our leadership team’s capacity to lead a successful and ethical business, inclusive onboarding initiatives and fair treatment they receive regardless of background.
We have also been recognized as one of the Best Workplaces™ for Women 2021. Selection is based on an overall score gathered from our female professionals.
