With more than 25 years of experience in the IT field, Mr. Rivet is a self-taught, natural-born leader who focuses on client satisfaction and operational excellence. Known for his diplomatic skills and out-of-the-box thinking, he currently acts as a manager for CGI and business developer for one of our insurance clients, with whom he collaborated to develop CGI’s Agile Squads model.
