Lionel is a Director of Innovation at CGI and has nearly 20 years of experience in providing consulting services to companies for their digital transformation needs. Lionel transferred from CGI’s Lyon office to the Montréal office to take up a new challenge: being part of Montréal’s Innovation Center team. Lionel has developed user-centred skills and leverages design thinking methods to make innovation a real accelerator in any type of transformation.
He is at ease within most industries regardless of the customer context (B2C, B2B, B2B2C, etc.). His goal is to help companies define and implement their innovation strategies.
