• Step 3: Interviews: If your application is retained, we’ll invite you to an interview to get to know you better and assess your technical skills (two to three interviews depending on the profile).
   
• Step 4: Job offer: If you’re selected, we’ll extend a job offer that matches your experience and expertise.
   
• Step 5: Start of the work permit process: The work permit process begins after the international candidate accepts the salary offer.

CGI works with a law firm specializing in immigration to handle work permit applications for selected candidates and their families.

The costs associated with these administrative procedures are covered by CGI.

• Personalized support: You’ll receive one-on-one support from a designated CGI member every step of the way, from the work permit process through to settlement and integration.
   
• Comprehensive integration sessions: CGI offers a series of in-depth integration sessions, as well as additional sessions on a variety of topics that are vital to your successful adaptation and integration. These sessions will provide you with the necessary tools to ease your transition to your new personal and professional environment.
   
• Referrals to settlement and integration organizations: You’ll be directed to specialized organizations to help you settle in and guide you in your social and professional integration. These organizations offer comprehensive assistance to ensure your well-being and success in your new life.
