A creative leader with seasoned CX, UX, research and service design experience, Marion is the head of the Experience and Service Design team within the Business Consulting practice for the Greater Montréal area. She advises clients on service design and CX strategy, Voice of the Customer programs, CX organization, archetypes, and customer journeys. Marion has 15+ years of experience contributing to major transformation projects, in different environments, companies and industries, operating at the intersection of design, product, and research.
Passionate about using design to transform services, organizations, and processes, and as a Director, Consulting-Expert, she is leading teams to map opportunities and create new products.
