CGI’s graduate program is a 1-year program for graduates who want to kickstart their career in IT and business consulting.

Recruitment to CGI’s graduate program takes place once a year with graduates being hired into specific roles within our various departments.

Open positions in the graduate program will be posted on our job portal.

Deadline for applications is May 1st with employment start date September 1st.
 

The program consists of four modules, which all graduates participate in together:

  1. General introduction to CGI, our values, and the cornerstone   of everything we do at CGI: The CGI Management Foundation 
  2. Training in areas such as the role and responsibilities of the consultant, current trends, and security 
  3. Case studies and presentation techniques 
  4. Case competition – group work in a friendly competition with other graduates
