With a passion for customer experience for over 20 years, Matt is an experienced digital CX Leader and is a Vice President at CGI. Matt has a long record of solving complex problems across a variety of large Australian customers and partners. Located in Melbourne, he leads a diverse team of senior consultants, technical SMEs and graduates that deliver on IT and OT services and solutions for Australian critical infrastructure companies.
Before joining CGI, Matt enjoyed various leadership roles across consulting, sales and IT engineering including senior management roles at Accenture and Telstra, where he worked on transformation projects, organisational design projects and service delivery.
In addition to his work life, Matt also enjoys sport, playing and umpiring hockey for over 30 years. He’s also an accredited AFL junior football coach.
Matt holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Computer Systems) from RMIT and Graduate Diploma in Management from AGSM.
