Teri Musick is a SAFe® Certified Program Consultant (SPC) and Agile SME with over 15 years the serving the federal government sector, 10+ years of direct Agile project experience and 25+ years leadership experience in the Information Technology and Telecommunications industries. Teri provides business agility consulting and agile transformation guidance and coaching throughout all organizational levels, from enterprise leadership to agile teams.
She is also the Director of the Value Management Office within CGI Federal's Emerging Technologies Practice, and a strategic advisor for the CGI Federal Agile Center of Excellence.
Teri specializes in Agile contracting in the federal government space and works directly with clients to translate traditional PMBOK contracting and project management approaches to Agile Value Delivery. Drawing on her years of experience, she brings a balanced approach that provides a mix of academic knowledge and real-life examples.
Her expertise spans Agile, the SAFe® Framework, Scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean Portfolio Management, Value Management Office, DevSecOps, and other agile methodologies and frameworks. She holds a bachelor's degree in organizational leadership, and is pursuing a Masters of Business Administration specializing in leadership.
