The year at Accelerate will challenge and develop both your consulting skills and your expertise in SAP. You get the chance to combine assignments with training and are assign a mentor during the program. During the year you’ll have the possibility to participate in exciting projects, combine training with certification and not least sharpen your consulting skills.
As we move toward the smart(er) company, a new generation of motivated, skilled and competent SAP consultants are needed.
The business system landscape has been moved from a slow-moving monolith to a flexible cloud based world and the SAP practice at CGI Sweden has a successful record with that adaption. The first generation SAP consultants are now ending their careers and the next generation will have more room to drive the business forward. While at the same time being an important part of the mentorship for the new generation of SAP consultants.

We usually say that a business system – SAP, is the heart and lungs of a business. Without a well-functioning business system, the organization does not meet the needs of its customers.

Today we are a wonderful team of stars who work with SAP at CGI. The biggest common factor is of course the interest in and expertise within SAP, but what makes our team so exciting is the broad competence.
In the team, we have competences within project management, testing, requirements, coding, process development and UX within the vast majority of the SAP modules. Our offer extends to areas such as S/4HANA, S/4HANA Cloud, SuccessFactors, User Experience, Ariba and Concur. We work both with implementation projects and with management assignments in many different industries. Our team offers good development opportunities and it’s you who decides how far you will develop. We invest in our consultants and place great focus on making our employees feel good.
