Building on our previous Bronze-level accreditation, we have demonstrated a strong commitment to measuring, calculating, and enhancing our social value, with a robust approach to showcasing our contributions. The Silver Social Value Quality Mark is awarded to organisations that meet the highest standards, positioning CGI in the UK to benchmark and improve our social impact across all areas of the business.
To earn this accolade, CGI in the UK was assessed on key metrics, including reducing our carbon footprint, supporting youth skills development, investing in local economies, and ensuring fair treatment for our staff. Additionally, our ethical decision-making processes and responsible supply chain practices were evaluated. Our performance in measuring both financial and non-financial social value was particularly noteworthy. CGI’s innovative Social Value Calculator, developed to assist members, partners, and clients in accurately calculating their social contributions, was highly commended by auditors.
