This year, the theme is ‘Transformation: Achieving More with Less,’. The event will feature talks, workshops, and networking opportunities to inform and inspire attendees from across Wales' social care sector.
At the event our health expert Justene Ewing together with Delta Wellbeing’s Sam Watkins will be discussing the critical issues facing the health and social care sector today and how by fostering collaboration and harnessing the power of data, we aim to create sustainable, person-centred solutions that truly make a difference in the lives of people across Wales.
Delta Wellbeing and CGI are partnering together with the aim to establish Wales as the national pathfinder in delivering truly integrated health and care at home services, using a cutting-edge digital platform that enables the adoption of a new hybrid care capability. In the first phase of the partnership, we have worked collaboratively together to develop an innovative, cutting-edge digital monitoring and response system.
