With over 20 years of experience in IT, digital transformation and business consulting, Adrian has led CGI to industry-first milestones, including achieving the world’s first SDI 5-Star Service Desk accreditation, which has been retained and enhanced for over 13 years, as well as securing the world’s first professional accreditation from the IT Service Management Forum (itSMF UK).
Passionate about empowering teams, fostering innovation and implementing best practices that drive tangible business impact, Adrian brings expertise in IT service management, business transformation, and operational leadership.
