Alistair is the Vice President, Business Consulting responsible for leading CGI’s ITSM Advisory Services team in the UK. He is advising government and commercial clients on their future operating models, transformation plans and service strategies.
He has previously led solution and architecture teams for ITSM and SIAM functions at several global service providers, working with clients across a variety of sectors including Defence, Central Government, Public Safety, Engineering, Pharmaceuticals, Financial Services, Telecoms and Manufacturing.
Alistair is one of the first 25 people in the world to gain the BCS/Exin SIAM accreditation; his knowledge and experience is frequently in high demand.
