With nearly 20 years’ experience, Andrew has been at the helm of many business transformation programmes within the insurance sector and has a proven track record in delivering for both the profit and non-profit sectors.
Andrew currently leads our Broker and Finance Back Office sector with responsibility for the CGI Elements360 ARC-IBA platform. Andrew specialises in redesigning target operating models, improving end-to-end operational processes, enhancing finance back-office functions, managing client money (CASS), while ensuring risk and compliance and driving effective change to deliver exceptional results for clients.
