Duncan is our Vice President responsible for leading the company’s activity in the UK’s Utility Retail sector. This incorporates our work for energy suppliers and related organisations, plus companies that supply water to business customers in the de-regulated market.
Duncan has more than 20 years of experience in delivering to clients in the utilities sector, focusing in more recent years on retail. He has worked with many organisations in the sector, helping them respond to an ever-evolving industry and to operate efficiently and effectively.
Starting his career as a software developer, his experience has spanned many of the key roles and disciplines in technology delivery within the utilities sector, across a wide range of consultancy, systems integration and outsourcing engagements in the UK and Europe.
