Frieda is a Vice President, Business Consulting responsible for leading CGI’s ITSM Advisory Services teams in the UK. Frieda has been involved with Service Management for over 25 years and her particular passions are Service Desks, Maturity Assessments and Continual Service Improvement.
She has previously led IT Service Management teams, IT Operations and CSI teams with a number of blue chip companies in SIAM and complex multi-supplier organisations. Her experience has been gained across a variety of sectors including Local Government, Higher Education, Pharmaceuticals, Broadcasting, Financial Services, Telecoms and the Water Industry.
