Louis leads CGI’s Digital Consulting practice in England working with clients in the design and delivery of a wide range of consultancy projects across multiple industries including Healthcare, Local Government, Education and Energy and Utilities amongst others.

He joined CGI in 2013, over which time he has taken on a variety of delivery and consulting roles, with a particular interest in supporting clients design and implement transformational strategies and roadmaps.

Louis’s team deliver a breadth of business outcome driven consultancy services including:

  • Journey and process optimisation
  • Customer insight and user experience
  • Change  and benefits management

Louis is based in the South-East of England and works with colleagues and clients from across the UK.
