Louise joined CGI in January 2020 following a 20-year career in public sector health and care services, including working for the NHS as a Confidential Contact.
She has experience at senior management level across a range of skills from change management, service design, process design, contact centre management and digital transformation. Louise has a strong track record of leading and developing successful teams, seeking to deliver the best solutions for all users of services.
In her current role as Lead Digital Consultant within Digital Advisory, Louise is responsible for leading the Healthcare vertical, contributing to the direction and delivery of the health and care strategy, which is to be part of the trusted partner to NHS Scotland and seen as a go-to partner to deliver their business needs.
Louise engages with clients within the health and care sector, builds relationships, and works with them to deliver solutions that address their business and service vision within the digital space. Louise has led and contributed to projects with the Care Inspectorate, Scottish Borders Council and a number of bids across a range of UK NHS organisations. In addition, Louise has led internal work to develop quality practices within Digital Advisory and led work on internal customer experience and improvements.
She believes in investing in the future and to this end, provides mentorships to graduates and consultants within the team. Louise is part of the Responsible Business Committee, Health Club and Technical Advisory Group.
