After numerous successful engagements, CGI and Metro Bank teamed up in 2018 to revamp Metro Bank’s collections system and processes. We implemented our cloud collections platform, which has given Metro Bank greater visibility of its customers, as well an improved customer experience. Key to our successful collaboration has been an understanding each other’s culture, and we are excited about this strong and evolving relationship.
