Key to achieving the charity’s goals is being the first-choice employer for those with a talent and passion for giving children the best start in life. Having grown significantly in recent years, Aberlour therefore needed to enhance its HR capability to better respond to today’s competitive employment market.
Working together, we reviewed Aberlour’s HR processes, systems and practice maturity, and examined their coherence to the organisation’s strategic goals. The aim was to help inspire the Aberlour team with a fresh view of their processes that would help them prioritise how to improve.
