We're excited to be part of the Utility Week Forum on 17-18 January 2024, in London. This flagship event brings together the largest group of senior leaders from utility companies, industry regulators and policy makers alike to discuss the biggest issues facing the industry, under this year’s headline theme ‘Strategy to delivery’. 

We have recently partnered with Utility Week to launch a major new initiative, the Flexibility Forum, designed to support momentum and ambition in tackling barriers to the development of vibrant markets for distributed flexibility. The forum provides an opportunity for stakeholders across the energy and utility sector to explore their varying interests and share opinions and ideas on necessary action.

The newly-formed Flexibility Forum will meet for the first time during a roundtable debate at this Utility Week Forum event.

Rich’s presentation, entitled ‘Breaking down barriers to energy flexibility markets for a decarbonised future’, will focus on:

  • Enabling decarbonisation through digitalisation, data and network visibility
  • Encouraging effective collaboration in market creation and accelerating electricity system decarbonisation.
