Dave specialises in partnering with senior stakeholders to drive strategic change, embed Agile and Scaled Agile (SAFe) practices, and deliver measurable business outcomes. His expertise spans Agile coaching and adoption, as well as organisational design, digital and cloud transformation, and portfolio governance, with a strong track record of aligning transformation initiatives to strategic goals.
