Mike is a Director, Business Consulting with twenty plus years’ experience in End User Computing, across various client sectors. Mike is responsible for CGI’s Digital Workplace practice in the UK and is part of the GTO business unit. His strategic focus is to deliver a better User Experience, leveraging Conversational AI and real-time analytics.
He joined CGI in 2011 to grow and develop the Device Lifecycle Management team, expanding the team from 4 to over 35 members. During that time, Mike created the first go-to market solution for CGI’s Windows 10 As a Service, which is now deployed across all clients.
Mike is based in South Wales and works with colleagues and clients from across the UK, Europe and globally.
