In 2018, following numerous successful engagements, CGI and Metro Bank teamed up to overhaul Metro Bank’s collections system and processes.

We implemented our cloud collections platform, which has given Metro Bank greater visibility of their customers as well as an ownership of and improvement in customer experience.
