At CGI, we believe there should be no limits to a person’s dreams and aspirations in the workplace. That’s why we’re committed to creating an environment where you feel empowered to be yourself.

But don’t take it from us… hear from three of our CGI partners as they share their own experiences breaking barriers, battling imposter syndrome, and smashing glass ceilings to bring their whole selves to work at CGI.

Wendy’s story

Wendy is a black working mother in a white male-dominated industry. She also has a fulfilling career at CGI as a Director of Consulting Services. At CGI, we recognise that true inclusion must be intersectional.

Adam’s story

Adam has ADHD and Autism. He also has a fulfilling career at CGI as a Director of Cyber Security. Neurodiversity is an often overlooked area of diversity, but not at CGI. We recognise the many benefits of a workforce with varied perspectives and ways of thinking.

Liz’s story

Liz has faced struggles with confidence and imposter syndrome. She also has a fulfilling career at CGI as Senior Vice President of Consulting Services. We believe that women are vital to the future of STEM, and only through harnessing diverse talent across all genders can we create meaningful change.
