CGI provided the City of Vantaa in Finland with a new portal to help its end users with their day-to-day IT service requests. Via the portal, users can access IT services information, submit service requests and check on the status of their requests 24x7. The portal also has social media-like functionality, which enables the end user and CGI’s production team to work together in real time to solve problems.
