In its second year since launching this recognition, TIME once again includes CGI among its list of world’s best companies for 2024. TIME based its ratings on a comprehensive analysis conducted by Statista Inc. to identify the top performing companies worldwide across three dimensions:
- Employee satisfaction: Statista conducted employee satisfaction surveys in more than 50 countries, collecting data from approximately 170,000 participants. Its evaluation encompassed direct and indirect recommendations of companies, as well as evaluations of employers by verified employees based on image, atmosphere, working conditions, salary and equality.
- Revenue growth: Companies generating a revenue of at least US $100 million in 2023 and demonstrating positive revenue growth from 2021 to 2023 were considered.
- Environmental, social and governance (ESG): Companies were evaluated based on ESG data among standardized KPIs from Statista’s ESG database and targeted data research.
During the past year, CGI continued to emphasize open and frequent communications across these three dimensions, including reinforcing our distinctive culture of ownership with current and future talent (Careers | CGI.com), providing transparency into how we create long-term value (Investors | CGI.com), and reporting on our ESG commitments and progress (ESG | CGI.com).
