Global research and advisory firm ISG gives highest quadrant ranking for our managed services and hosting capabilities

In fact, in our interviews with 1,700 business and IT executives in the 2021 CGI Voice of Our Clients, among the digital leaders who are producing results from digitization strategies, migrating solutions to the cloud is a common attribute.
We are honored to be named a leader by ISG (Information Services Group) in their 2021 Provider Lens™ report for the Nordic region, “Next-Gen Private/Hybrid Cloud - Data Center Services & Solutions,” in two key categories:
Managed Services for Large Accounts

For the study, ISG evaluated more than 100 hybrid IT, colocation and managed hosting service providers in the Nordics. The region includes Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden. The quadrants contain four segments: leader, product challenger, market challenger and contender.
According to ISG’s classification system, leaders “have a highly attractive product and service offering and a very strong market and competitive position.” Having earned the ranking, companies like CGI “can be regarded as opinion leaders, providing strategic impulses to the market. They also ensure innovative strength and stability.”
Outlining CGI’s strengths in the managed services for large accounts category, the study cites our wide global and regional portfolio, strategic partnership and operational excellence.
Under the managed hosting category, ISG noted our robust service-level agreements (SLAs), strategic owned and partnered data centers, hybrid-IT managed services framework and “fully automated provisioning process which reduces the time to provide a dedicated server to just hours.”
In their report, ISG expects the number of IT outsourcing deals in the Nordics to increase in the next two to three years “aimed at bringing down costs and reinforcing the adoption of hybrid IT for core businesses.”
