For more than 15 years, Daniel Blackburn has been helping our national defense and international public organization clients develop and implement their digitization strategies. As an experienced and certified project manager (including PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, SAFe Practitioner, Scrum Master), he is responsible for implementing agile and classic projects related to the infrastructure modernization of complex secure environments and developing secure software solutions for use in classified networks. As IP owner, he is responsible for CGI’s eGov360 solution.
Before joining CGI, Daniel worked as an IT project manager in the German Armed Forces and for NATO. As an MBA and computer science graduate, he brings perspectives from both the business and IT sectors, helping to create measurable added value for our clients.
