Guillaume is the global leader for CGI’s Mergers & Acquisitions Advisory business consulting service. He has extensive experience in strategy consulting from his work with key consulting firms and his experience as founder and CEO of a company in the digital sector, which he managed for 10 years.
Based in Canada, Guillaume collaborates with clients on a wide range of M&A related activities, such as supporting the definition of external growth strategy, strengthening capabilities of corporate M&A teams, carrying out due diligence for asset managers (e.g., private equity funds), assessing the technological maturity of investment portfolios, and supporting post-acquisition integration.
