Jennifer Mecherippady is an accomplished IT professional with 27 years of experience supporting the digital transformation of large organizations across industries. Jennifer has a proven track record in leadership roles managing product engineering, business development and support services across multiple domains. She currently leads the Asia Pacific Solutions Delivery Center (ASDC) business unit. In her role, she is responsible for strategy, growth, operations and governance for the solutions/products group in India, which supports more than 75 CGI products across the U.S., Canada, Europe and Asia Pacific (APAC) regions.
Jennifer actively collaborates with the global intellectual property (IP) solutions group to define and standardize IP best practices, including technical architecture, product management, quality engineering and presales processes.
Jennifer has extensive experience leading large IP programs across the business unit with a strong focus on operational/delivery excellence. She has been instrumental in enabling the transformation of teams from traditional practices to Agile/DevOps with a focus on digital solutions.
An experienced mentor, Jennifer champions human resources initiatives across APAC business units focused on enabling CGI professionals and consultants to be more effective in their roles. She is also a strong advocate for Women-Who-Win (WWW) and other women leadership and mentorship forums across CGI in India.
