Within his current role Joost van Keulen is responsible for the communications strategy for CGI in Nort-West and Central-East Europe.Additionally, Joost is responsible for business development, with a focus on the north of The Netherlands. He has extensive experience in both private and non-profit organizations, politics and government. Joost is a strong community builder, networker and communications professional.
Prior to joining CGI in 2019 Joost was deputy mayor of the city of Groningen, The Netherlands.
