Liudmyla is a distinguished expert in innovative technologies, with over two decades of experience across AI governance, IT, legal frameworks, and international development. Her career spans 21 years, blending 16 years of legal expertise, 11 years in IT, and a decade in government and international organizations. At the forefront of responsible AI governance for the past five years, Liudmyla led global initiatives to ensure the ethical, secure, and regulatory-compliant deployment of AI technologies, focusing on the intersection of technology, law, and public policy.

At CGI, Liudmyla serves as the Ethics and Compliance Officer and AI Governance Program Manager for our German operations, driving responsible AI strategies and compliance for global clients. Her work includes implementing AI, intelligent automation, and cybersecurity solutions, alongside managing complex projects in automotive, insurance, and other industries. She specializes in AI governance frameworks, ensuring the secure and ethical use of AI, while leveraging cloud technologies to meet corporate and regulatory standards.

She also advises the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) on public administration, online and offline public services, electronic identification, trust services, and cybersecurity, contributing to strategic developments through presentations, analyses, and advisory roles for multiple governments.

Before joining CGI, Liudmyla was Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.
