Niklas Bläsing is responsible for the development and expansion of data, automation and AI for CGI in Germany.

His work focuses on the intelligent and strategic end-to-end automation of complex business processes—advising and driving activities in the areas of strategy, conception, implementation and scaling. Niklas’ comprehensive technical expertise ranges from process mining and workflow automation to robotic process automation (RPA), as well as conversational and generative AI.

Among his accomplishments at CGI was helping to build an RPA factory and establishing an Automation & AI Center of Excellence. Additionally, with a high level of consulting expertise, Niklas has extensive knowledge in process automation and solutions such as Automation Anywhere, Azure Services, UiPath, Pega, Nintex, Celonis and Cognigy.
