Nima Samsami is an expert in AI Ops and Natural Language Processing (NLP). He has extensive and practical experience in the analysis of complex processes and works with clients to develop strategies and implement IT solutions that solve their business challenges.
More recently, Nima has focused on natural language processing, question answering, conversational AI and knowledge-based systems, and actively researches these technologies at the University of Applied Sciences, Hochschule Worms, Germany. In working on client projects, he plays leading roles in the areas of strategy, conception and implementation.
