Steve Lippock has over 30 years of sales management and executive experience in various industries. He has direct experience managing sales teams and has built top producing sales organizations for several companies from the ground up.

In 2003, Steve started HarvestGold and patented the HarvestGold Sales Planning Process to help guide salespeople through the process of proactively developing strategic territory-level sales plans. Subsequent to HarvestGold being acquired by Summa Technologies in 2010, Mr. Lippock helped drive seven years of consecutive growth within the Salesforce Practice prior to Summa’s merger by CGI in 2017.  

At CGI, Steve leads various direct and indirect business development enablement initiatives. He currently serves as Vice-President of Business Development piloting new enablement programs, contributing to demand generation strategies, and defining processes and best practices shared globally.

Steve has had extensive process and management training, and an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh.
