Xavier Torpe is Director, IT Modernization Services. For over 15 years, he has been helping clients define their IT services integration, transformation and optimization strategies and carry out related programs. Today he heads up a center of 70 experts specialized in providing consulting services for client information system modernization projects. These projects include master plans, information system urban planning and mapping projects, as well as technological migration, technical porting and information system redesign.
